These items through our shop are custom made upon ordering. Items can not be refunded or returned once shipped. We do our best to keep an open line of communication to answer any and all questions to help with your purchase to ensure the correct item ships. We will offer replacements or refunds ( case by case basis ) for damaged or defective items due to shipping .
